Accounts may not be used to host malware, send unsolicited bulk email, or violate applicable law.
We target 99.99% uptime as described in our SLA; scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Services renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
